Crossover -Anime & Game, Fate/stay Night & World of Warcraft- Part two of Trilogy.
Shirou and Arthas were sent to defeat all the Death knight/Lich created by Guldaan and Kil'jaeden. They most certainly did that but the plague in the crops began to spread and they tirelessly tried to stop it. Finding information that the newest Plague would happen in Stratholme, they quickly made there way to the second capitol of Lordaeron.
As the campaign to slay the undead went on, Shirou slowly started to realize that something is very wrong with Arthas. He tried his best to make him see reason but was ignored every time. During Stratholme Arthas decided to purge the entire city but Shirou and Uther strongly objected; Arthas then disbanded the knights and tried to purge the entire city on his own, thus began the Culling of Stratholme.
Shirou and Uther together managed to stop Arthas from killing anyone, and Shirou used his new found 'Salvation' powers (He completed this specialization tree after learning all he could about the power of life from Alexstrasza) to save all the people who have been afflicted by the Plague but not yet turned into undead. Arthas was furious, but with a heated glare of true fury and indignation coming from Shirou and Uther, decided not to say anything and take the lecture.
Arthas then got it into his head that even if Shirou would be able to save every single person in the Kingdom of Lordaeron from the plague, Shirou would die of exhaustion (Healing the entire city, travel to another city, heal another entire city again, repeat). So he decided to go after the rumor of Frostmourne in Northrend. Shirou followed quickly and made it just in time when Muradin Bronzebeard and Arthas entered the cave where Frostmourne was. He saw Arthas attack Muradin and was reaching for the blade, and Shirou stepped forward to stop him from getting it. They fought briefly and Shirou managed to subdue Arthas. Thinking it to be safe, he turned his back on him and proceeded to heal Muradin. Muradin awoke briefly and saw that Arthas was trying to reach for Frostmourne behind Shirou's back and warned him so. Turning around he realized it was too late to push Arthas away from taking the sword, so he reached out to grab it.
Arthas and Shirou grapped Frostmourne at the same time, and they began to struggle and fight over who would take the sword. Shirou stored a copy of Frostmourne in his Reality Marble and let go of the sword. Arthas collapsed and Shirou took Muradin away to the camp. He found out that the camp was overrun and turned around to try and get back to the cave, and managed to narrowly avoid Arthas. He saw Arthas walk out of the cave and into the camp where Mal'ganis was and slaughtered everyone that was there, then turned all of them into his loyal minions; then cut his own chest open carved his heart out and threw it into the eternal cold valley of Northrend.
Once deeming it safe, Shirou quickly salvaged the frozen heart that already became the Pulsing Crystal and went on his way. He was found by the tribes in Northrend and deposited Muradin into their care.
During the Siege of Dalaran, Shirou managed to save Antonidas from dying but the Book of Medivh was still taken. When Silvermoon is under attack Shirou managed to stop the Sunwell from being tainted but most of the people still died. Arthas destroyed the Kingdom of Lordaeron but Shirou managed to evacuate a large majority of the population before the main attack hit. The ones who are too stubborn to leave died with the King. He continued to copy powerful weapons (like the Sunstrider's bow when he saw Sylvanas) wherever he went.
The Lich King's reign of Terror continued for several years until he fell into slumber. Shirou traveled far and wide to learn the arts from other classes (Mage, Warrior, Hunter, etc) to aid in his quest of saving Arthas. He learned almost every thing from all the classes when Arthas awoke again. On the final battle during Icecrown Citadel, Shirou asked Tirion Fordring and the champions of Azeroth to not attack when Arthas was levitated into the air by the spirits rushing out of the broken Frostmourne.
Shirou placed the Pulsing Crystal that was Arthas's frozen heart back into his chest with Avalon, and asked Arthas to fight the Darkness. The Spirit of Ner'zhul was shortly expelled from Arthas's body, and Shirou destroyed it with his own copy of Frostmourne. King Terenas then said that there must always be a Lich King. And not wanting Bolvar Fordragon to lock himself away, he instead took up the Helm of Domination and became the third Lich King after Ner'zhul and Arthas.
He released all of the undead and went back to Kalimdor to Jaina with Arthas in tow. The two lovers share a tearful reunion, and Shirou bade them farewell. Arthas begged for Shirou to stay, and managed to convince him not to leave. Deeming himself unfit to rule, Arthas asked Shirou to become the new King of Lordaeron. Shirou refused and told Arthas that he was the only one who could be the King of Lordaeron.
Shirou then traveled around the world, and realized that the Undead were perfect soldiers to combat the Burning Legion. For each Undead that fights, another Human would be saved from fighting. Thus he began to revive a few brave souls he saw on his journey into Undead and asked for their services to battle the Burning Legion. If they did not wish to fight, he would release them or not revive them at all.
Thus Shirou's Kingdom began to grow for each Undead under his service. And he became a true King that Saber/Arturia would be proud of. In the far future, the rulers of Lordaeron also looked up to him under the behest of Arthas.

I have worked tirelessly on this idea and managed to expand it to become a very big story. 
But because of my bad writing skill I was unsatisfied with anything I tried to write down.
I gave up when writing the second chapter.
And its a freaking trilogy! So it was impossible for me to complete the whole thing.
I beg of whoever that is reading this, to PLEASE adopt this . This is my Dream Story! And I really want to see it become a reality.
